The Single Elite Club ("the Club", "we", "us") is a private members club based in Portugal, organising exclusive curated events for single adults. By joining or attending any event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
Membership is by application only. The Club reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Events are exclusively for confirmed members unless otherwise stated. By registering:
Cancellations made more than 10 days before an event may be eligible for a credit toward a future event. Cancellations within 10 days of the event date are non-refundable. The Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events; in such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered. Memberships can be cancelled more than 30 days before renewal date.
Members agree to treat all participants with dignity and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or any behaviour that violates the privacy or comfort of other members will result in immediate removal and permanent membership cancellation without refund.
Photography or video recording of other attendees at events is strictly prohibited without the explicit consent of those individuals. The Club may photograph events for its own promotional use in a discrete manner; members who prefer not to be photographed should notify Club staff on arrival.
The Club is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered by members at events, except where such liability cannot be excluded by Portuguese law. Attendance is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued membership or event attendance constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
